Who we are.

What we collect.
If you use the free calculators: nothing. They run entirely in your browser; the measurements you type are never sent to us and never stored. If you request a pilot: your name, email, room type, timeline, estimated spend, the concern you describe, and any links or notes you add — plus how you arrived, meaning the referring page and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. If you create an account: your email, and anything you enter about your room — measurements, product links, notes, and any photos you upload. Automatically: basic technical data needed to serve the site and prevent abuse, including a one-way hash of your IP used solely for rate limiting. We do not store your raw IP alongside your submission.
What we do not collect.
We do not ask for your home address. We do not require room photos. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We do not run advertising trackers.
Why we hold it.
To reply to your pilot request and decide whether your room is a fit; to produce the report you paid for; to prevent abuse of the request form; to understand in aggregate which channels bring people here.
Third parties.
Data is stored with Supabase — database, authentication, file storage. Room photos and generated images are held in private storage accessible only to your account. If you use the AI features, the content of that request, which may include your room photo and measurements, is sent to the AI provider you have connected. xAI retains API content for up to 30 days by default and does not use it for training (https://docs.x.ai/developers/faq/security). OpenAI, if connected, is subject to its own API data policy. We send nothing to any AI provider unless you have connected a key and initiated the action.
How long.
Pilot requests: 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Account data: until you delete your account or ask us to. Deleting your account removes your projects, measurements and uploaded files.
Your rights.
Email [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will action, without charge: a copy of what we hold, correction of anything wrong, deletion, or withdrawal of consent to be contacted. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of sale — we do not sell data, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Children.
Not directed at anyone under 16; we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes.
We update the date at the top. Material changes are emailed to anyone with an account.
